ARA Integrated Maintenance Services (AIMS) System

The ARA Group developed the ARA Integrated Maintenance Services (AIMS) System to record and manage all maintenance work performed for our clients. AIMS is a comprehensive and advanced web-based asset and maintenance management tool that provides:

• Asset Management - Asset auditing, barcoding and tracking using a PDA - provides fast, accurate and consistent results.


• Asset Maintenance Management - planned and reactive maintenance works are automatically scheduled and recorded using the PDA with in-built barcode scanner.


• Customer Portal - total visibility of all assets and maintenance activities through a secure, real-time web portal.
